I have started an online new/insights website focusing on first time parents and I'm looking to eventually grow it and have sponsors buy ad space, articles etc.. what's the best way to reach them, so far I would reach out with a media pack for interest and offer a free month because the website is new. Any other advice or thoughts?

EDIT: Obviously the media pack has proof of audience and stats

I have been with this company [UK] for over a year and to put it simply, it's been hell. A really horrible environment which is toxic and extremely stressful. I have been put on a suspension for 'gross misconduct' after I complained about a stressful day to a friend and they relayed it back. The complaint was generally about the pressure that's been on the team, nothing major but my bad I guess for ranting. I get the feeling they've been wanting me to quit for a while.

This is the first time I have had anything close to this in my whole career.

My question is, can I quit while "under investigation" because I really have had enough or should I stick it out? I have a family and some savings so wouldn't be rock bottom. Or will this hurt future employment if they phone for references?
