Cuz I be acting crazy

I'm only 17 and my hair falls like crazyyyy! When I wake up, there are hair on my pillow, when I comb, there are bunch of hair in my comb... whenever I slightly touch or pull my hair, a handful of hair is in my hand now.. im losing my minddddd😭😭😭😭... pls helppp
