[Port of Singapore Authority] Operations Executive Role

Have been offered an interview w them. Am a fresh graduate from local U, no experience in maritime or logistics. I understand the demands of the role, such as it being a 12 hour shift. As for myself, I only have internship experiences in corporate 9 to 5, and tbh I don't rly know if this is a good fit for me

Just wanna ask how is this role, is working shifts really that draining as everyone claims? Just need more insight on the role to determine if its smt that is suited for me, thanks!

Glassdoor cites the following cons:

- Poor management

- frequent firefighting

- Army culture

- poor work life balance due to shift culture
