Not necessarily problems with the transaction itself, but the stuff clients run into AFTER they move in and start getting settled.

Things like:
- utilities/services
- registration/license issues
- local taxes/fees
- school enrollment
- insurance surprises
- county/city differences
- timelines/process confusion
- address/documentation problems

What are the most common “nobody warned us about this” situations you see buyers run into after relocating?

Not necessarily the big obvious stuff like weather or cost of living.

More the things you didn’t even think about until after you got there.

Could be:
- local rules/processes
- healthcare
- utilities
- school systems
- insurance
- making friends/community
- traffic/driving
- paperwork/admin stuff
- weird regional differences

Feels like every place has its own “nobody tells you this beforehand” things lol
