Hi everyone,
We’re planning to visit Universal Studios Japan on the 9th, but we accidentally booked both our park tickets and Express Passes for the 11th instead.

Has anyone had this happen before? Were you able to change the date, get help from customer service? Any advice would be really appreciated.
