I've been to four therapists in the Tulsa area over the last eight years, all of which only offered a "you seem to have a pretty good understanding of your traumas" and "you're probably autistic". One of which even told me they didn't even want to be a therapist anymore.

After taking a break for a few years, I want to get back into it, but I clearly don't know how to choose a therapist haha. So I'm looking for recommendations!
