Best reno next steps for kitchen and bathroom jobs

TLDR - Do we speak to kitchen and bathroom specialists seperately, or to one builder?

We are at a renovation crossroads, and I'm unsure of our best course of action is.

We have two big jobs we want to complete:

  1. Kitchen/ laundry / butlers pantry

We have a big kitchen and an old laundry that I would like transformed. Would like a butlers pantry (possibly entry from garage), knock down a wall that connects kitchen to living, gut all cabinetryfor new layout, update floors, and appliances. Would like professional ideas / critique on this though so its practical and we can maximise the space.

  1. Bathroom, toilet and en suite

We also have an old ensuite and guest bathroom with seperate toilet we need to remodel to bring it into the current era, as well as maximise the space to make more practical e.g add a shower to second bathroom and toilet as its currently seperate.

My questions about this work are:

- can we speak to one specialist about both of these jobs, or should they be seperate kitchen and bathroom people?

- if there is one person, who is best? builder, designer, architect?

We want to gather the best ideas before we really nail down our requirements for quotes.

Any advice, guidance or words of warning are welcome. We're not handy people either.
