Went to open my door from the outside this morning and heard a snap. Took apart the mechanism to find a portion of this pictured part had sheared clean off. I put everything back together and now the button lock doesn’t work , when pressed in the locked position, you can still open the door freely from the outside, however the deadlock still works so I can at least lock the house. I can’t seem to find any information about this particular part (even its generic name) for a replacement. Any help would be much appreciated.
