Very new to the whole ODSP application. My son 18 is applying and during the initial application I have become his trustee. So now when we are filling out the self report and other questions, should he sign it or should I, as trustee? I’ve had to write and type it for him, based on his verbal answers. But he is able to write his signature. We did put down At Q7 that I as his mom and trustee had written and typed what he had said. I just want to make sure we have it right before submitting. Also, his NueroPsych has not yet completed her part. But we can send our section and then they will connect her section to his application. (I have emailed her several times about getting it completed but also understand she is busy). Thanks for any advice for this stressed momma.
