Has any one on Natalizumab (Tysabri or Tyruko) had a relapse? I have been on Tyruko since June last year after being diagnosed in April. I have had new symptoms this week, I am feeling deflated because my team were so positive about being on this DMT and that its the best one available and I should be relapse free for many years. I know I haven't even been on it for a year yet, so could have some breakthrough activity. I was wondering how many others have relapsed on Natalizumab?
