During my wednesday shift feet was hurting like shit as it normally does after each shift but I didn’t report it to anyone on the floor as my feet normally hurt during and at the end of each shift but this time I’ve had unbearable pain in my ankle and I went to the ER last night and the doctor gave me a note stating I needed desk duty and to avoid heavy lifting and walking for long periods of time. Saturday I wasn’t even able to walk to the bathroom without feeling the sharpest pain i’ve ever felt. Question is, what are my next steps as I’ve already filed a claim for medical leave of absence since I’m low on UPT from shifts I wasn’t able to attend because of this and low on PTO but the paperwork filed wasn’t the amazon provided documents but whatever i got from my ER visit.
