My theory as to why Mauricio hasn’t filed for divorce from Kyle is that he’s essentially trying to buy time to protect his financial interests, especially his stake in The Agency, before going down the legal route. We saw at the reunion how confidently Kyle spoke about owning half of the company, no hesitation at all. So it feels like Mauricio might be figuring out a loophole to limit her ability to come after that once proceedings start. That could explain why he’s not pushing for anything and is instead taking advantage of Kyle’s reluctance. In the meantime, he still gets to live like he’s single and do whatever he wants without taking on any immediate financial consequences.
