Hey everyone, hope you are doing alright.
I got a new Lexmark MX432adwe, and the cartridge it came with is already empty. I got an original replacement from Lexmark and just found out the chip is damaged, and the printer won't stop saying the cartridge isn't compatible. (It's exactly the same as the one that originally came with the printer, so I didn't get a different one. Also, it's the one recommended on Lexmark's website.)
We need this printer to be working, so I quickly replaced the chip from the empty cartridge with the new cartridge, and it's working fine. The only problem is that it keeps saying it has low toner and is almost empty.
Does anyone know how to reset it?
The reference code is 55B0XA0, also compatible with models MS431 and MX431.
