It's OBS audio monitor which is broken, downloaded old obs 27.1.3 and i 0 desync i restarted my pc and tested my test again, still no desync.

• So my testing // Something changed after 27.1.3 there is no problem at all with audio monitoring, BUT after that i tested next update 27.2.4 and here all the desync starts

i will leave this post open if anyone has same problem.

Now that cs2 and csgo are separated faceit should add csgo to their service as well, there would be so many players + money income if they add that.

But will faceit get sued by valve?
