Just bought a new 2026 Sportage EX Hybrid here in the states. The rear view back up camera does not show the guide lines and the display settings doesn’t have an option to turn them on. I thought this came standard with all trim levels or is there something faulty?

Also I know this trim level doesn’t have the 360 view or anything like that. Just asking about the basic guide lines that have been in cars for over a decade

Edit: took car to the dealership, service men there took a look at it and were just as perplexed about the no guidelines/no setting options. My software/firmware is up to date. They seemed pretty busy, they got my number down to give me a cool when they figure out what’s going on.
