Long story short, I found this on TV Tropes: "One particularly egregious example had a man rape a woman he was obsessed with since high school and murder her loving fiancée. The woman had absolutely no idea who the man was, leading him to rant about he knows "everything" about her and how she didn't even have the courtesy to reply back to his voice mail asking her to a dance. Appalled beyond belief, the woman reveals the number he just read off wasn't hers; she never got the message, further highlighting he tried to destroy her life for nothing."

And I spent a portion of yesterday looking for it and searching but I haven't found it. Please help!
