The occitans succeeded in independence after 1940 As France was balkanized like Yugoslavia and Occitania succeeded in independence As the Félibrige reforms succeeded in occitan nationalism. also the Circassians stayed independent as a Russian puppet, the Sami advanced away from nomadism to rise into a state. and the UK didn’t form as Scotlands economic crisis didn’t happen and the UK collapsed in the 80s, but as England.
basically just the Haida expanding in the 1400s. in the same timeline as my asian North America.
