



How to improve time? Seems like not possible anymore for more improvement.and what foods or fuel or drinks would be good for long runs. To sustain pace and lower heart rate. Because it's painful. Just to lessen the discomfort. Like comfortable pace but good time. Increase avg hr. Maybe due to vaping? Thanks
