• Do you have any cards you've been looking at?: CapitalOne Venture Rewards and VentureOne Rewards

• Are you OK with category spending or do you want a general spending card?: Either. I’m not a huge fan of discovers rotating category rewards multiplier

I am a student and I luckily don’t pay rent or any major things other than a monthly car payment of $485. I spend most of my money at target where I get a lot of my groceries and miscellaneous items and Costco. I eat out about on average 4-6 times/month. I don’t shop super frequently (~5/yr) but when I do I spend ~$300. I travel usually 2-3 times a year but I want to start earning miles/points so when I’m out of school I can travel more. I’m ok with annual fees as long as the card makes it worth it. I also know that chase does a 1:1 points transfer with Hyatt, should I be looking into a chase card?
