Been experimenting with nasal delivery for a while and finally got a formulation that I think actually works. The two things that seemed to make the difference were concentration (100mg) and using an absorption enhancer that opens the nasal epithelium enough to let the larger molecules through — without that it’s basically just saline with peptide in it.
Curious how many people here have tried nasal vs subcut and what your experience has been. Is this something people would actually use if the formulation was dialled in?
