Hi Everyone,

I have been facing this issue for a very long time, my laptop just stops and restarts all of a sudden, saying there's an error.

If I run some games in the Background it works like a charm, even leaving it on for overnight it won't turn off or restart. But the moment I stop the game, the issue is Persist.

The asus Technician said it's the Mother Board issue, also said no point in replacing as it costs as much as the Laptop. What should I do now? Should I keep it as a side device to play games or Sell it as Parts?

It's 16Gb Ram, 6Gb Graphics, 512Gb Ssd and Ryzen 9.

I paid 2K to pre order as there's no stock available right now.

The sales guy said he can arrange an extra discount if I can get a better quotation from another store. Did anyone get a better deal, so I can negotiate with him.

And can we ask for any extra discount like an employee discount or something? Please Help
