Medicaid and the Hmos in my state of Wisco are delaying appropriate care. Advice?
I just found out I may have done something wrong by seeing an out of state Dr (who is about 40 miles from my home.)which borders my state line. Now my mental health neccessay medication can not be billed to mediacaid and I can’t pay in cash. So bogus! Pharmacy in my state refuses refills. The pharmacist treated me like a criminal which hurts. The advice I received was to go to urgent care and to find a specialized psychiatric doctor in Wisconsin. Lol!
Is my state saving money- no. How in the heck would I manage if I had to be at work right now? Searching and calling pharmacies. I have lost so much trust for the government. Medicaid is just a social experiment to turn this country into a community + nist type environment. Pts right are literally stripped away in the goal of having statistical data.
