during the event story, there is a new company is trying to replace the existing W crop. how does that work? can the new company go for a power grab before the wing falls? won't the W crop crash them before they get too big?

and about the new company's singularity. what's is it? it can't be the gateway right? from the story it seem like the gateways existed way before the new company.
