Hi everyone, I’m looking for some feedback on my clinical research resume. I’m currently based in Canada working in clinical research/project management and making around 60k CAD a year. My goal is to transition into the US market or another market for better opportunities and higher pay. I’ve applied to 60+ jobs so far and only had 1 interview through a recruiting agency, but got ghosted afterwards.

I’d appreciate any advice on how it looks to US employers, what roles I should realistically apply for, and if theres anything important I should improve or add. Thanks.
