I was thinking a system similar to hearthstone where you can trade your skins in for a currency of some kind to use towards a skin you like. I feel like trading in 3-5 skins for a new one would still allow Blizzard to earn their revenue from the shop as you wouldn’t be able to endlessly exchange skins. Just get rid of the ones you won’t use.
