Front layers look severely damaged??

I don’t know what to do with my hair anymore. The last cut I got was 4-5 months ago and I got a straight cut with face framing layers. I’ve always had long layers for years now and they’ve always been kind of damaged but now it’s really bad to the point it doesn’t look good and it’s separating from the rest of my hair which isn’t too bad… it’s just the framing pieces that look horrible and see through. I just now realized it’s not split ends it’s all breakage. What should I do??

Norovirus but worried it could be Gatroparesis

I’ve been sick for 4-5 days now. It all started the other day when I had coffee that morning then decided to have one beer later that day, then proceeded to do my workout and after that I had breakfast for dinner and that was the last meal I had. Later that night as I was laying down I immediately felt nauseous and threw up. The very next day I couldn’t keep any liquid down, I was throwing up bile and had to take Zofran, thankfully we already had a prescription of it. I started getting other symptoms such as body aches and could barely move around, I also had a fever and watery diarrhea. The body aches and fever went away, but I’m still having trouble gaining back an appetite. I can only eat small amounts of food and I’m already full and just the thought of certain foods gets me feeling queasy. I’m losing a lot of weight and losing muscle mass in my legs and my face looks slightly sunken. I saw that for some people who had norovirus that it gave them Gastroparesis and now I’m worried. Today I’m not feeling as nauseous and I want to eat a full meal but I just can’t do it. The only thing I’m still suffering from is bubble guts and acid reflux and of course a lack of appetite.
