Any good leadership book recommendations about working on a team, to then leading the team?
I was recently promoted and now I’m leading the team I previously worked on. I am younger than some of the people on my team and I was also friends with several of them, but now I need to manage them and I’ve had a rocky start, often feeling like I don’t have their respect as a leader.
Does anyone have any good book recommendations on this topic where I can learn a few tips?!
