Does anyone know the cost of windows standalone login license plus yubikey and license only from yubion?

I am thinking of starting a newsletter that sends daily stock signal to buy usa bluechip stock or index stock based on the result of my stock algorithm. Newsletter will also send push notification on subscriber mobile phone once my stock algorithim finds a stock to buy. The stock should be bought within 5 minutes of receiving the mobile push notification and sold on the same day. It seems that i am not allowed to send realtime stock buy signals by usa law. My newsletter is for academic and educational purpose only and i do not purchase any of the stock that is recommended by my newsletter stock algorithm. My problem is that i am not allowed to publish daily stock pick on a realtime basis.

Does anyone have any suggestion for me?
