update* palmstreet refunded purchaser a 1 time refund based on the fact no evidence against me showed any wrong doing. I have zero negative marks against my account or billing. So situation is resolved. *sorry about typo in subject title *I am curious if someone claims you mailed them an empty box and you are basically asked to prove you did not. What can you do? Outside of my shipping label weight that shows my box weight im not sure what to do. Can palm street force you to refund the sale or automatically charge your credit card a refund for the customer who is trying to scam a free cutting? Its sort of impossible to prove you mailed something just as its sort of hard to prove you didnt recieve an item. Curious how things like this get sorted out on palm street. The only other possible explanation if the buyer is not a scammer is UPS opened the box took the cactus and resealed it and then delivered the box.
