I am looking to beef up my tires. My '23 ALR5 stock tires have been fine though sometimes blazing through forest I feel pretty unhinged. Am about to do a weekend ride that I did last year and remember unpleasant section of miles of steep washboard.

It looks like from other posts 45s could be all around good for forest dirt, chunky gravel, while also sometimes having mixed terrain (I have a road bike for all road). Is 45 going to be enough of a difference? Any current recs?

Tendon stitch, debridement, Brostrom. I’m now walking 3 miles, riding up to 20 miles, working out at the gym, and sure it’s stiff and can swell a bit. But lately if my body zigs and my foot zags, ever so slightly a not straight on movement, I get TERRIBLE shooting pain. I gingerly stretch and rotate to see what’s what but usually cannot replicate it. These random stabs of sheer pain are concerning. What should I do?
