My skin is burning I am losing my mind tw severe symptoms

It is the first time my neuropathic pains are this bad.

I am on my period so already in exteme pain , but the cramps are mixing with the burning sensation on the skin.

My entire left leg , espevially behind the upper thigh feels like it is on fire , the touch of fabric on my skin or just sitting is terrible. I cannot go to the toilet because the inflamed area is near my rectum (glamorous) and the contraction made me almost pass out from the pain..

The lightning sensations, the stabbing pain at random moments , it is becoming unbearable and basic painkillers don't help.

I am exhausted and scared. If I go to the doctor I'm scared it will just be humiliating having to describe such symptoms and being sent home with paracetamol.. I don't know how to find any relief.

Weirdest flare after a year symptom free

Weird symptoms , looking for similar experiences

After a delightfull year without any symptoms , I decided it was time to get my driver licence . Studying has been extremely stressfull to me and it immediatly triggered back my symptoms : tics in the left side of the face, left arm weakness and neuropathic pain. It has been a few days now.

My neuropathic pain always hits in the back of one thigh and half of the private area, making the contact of clothes painfull and urinating difficult.

But this time , it is even more uncomfortable and awkward. The pain sits more in the back and going to the toilet is an absolute nightmare. It is like the contraction is stressing the already painfull nerve, and after that I am in terrible pain for the next ten minutes. I almost passed out several times.

Sorry for the details but I did not find any wound and have no history of any other issues from that lovely body part.

So I am gessing it is FND too , but it is really scary if there is nothing I can do about it .

Does that type of issue happened to any of you ?

And if so , what helped you ?
