Grooming tools

Over the years I’ve read a lot and have used a lot of grooming tools, some hits but many, many misses. At one point, I read about greyhound combs but the one I bought was not well received. Okay, it was more like three different types of combs. I have read repeatedly about the Chris Christensen comb. I finally decided to just try it and see it as an investment if it worked. Firstly, I have to say that it (six inch comb, smaller width vertically too) fits so well in my rather small hands. Other combs I had tried were too big and cumbersome for me. Even better than that, our high maintenance, picky girls tolerate it. No, tolerate isn’t the right word. They let me groom them without bunny kicks, little bites, and so forth. They just laid there and wanted to explore the comb themselves before I continued trying to groom. It really gets the loose hair AND holds onto it while you’re going through their coats. I didn’t experience hair all over the place as it sort of acts like a magnet unlike other tools I’ve used. Their coats are so much softer too! Incredibly soft!

To anyone still searching, I add my endorsement to the others that have recommended it. I think it’s a great tool to have.

To everyone who has recommended it, thank you! I really appreciate your suggestions and advice. I think it’s yet another one of those things that make this community really great!

Tiffany & Co. Sparklers Emerald Cut Sterling Silver rings

Hello! I was wondering if anyone might be able to help with some guidance and/or information on the Tiffany & Co. Sparklers Emerald Cut Sterling Silver ring line.

I vaguely remember them being in store (early to mid 2000’s, I think it was) but never looked at them up close, trying one on.
It’s one of those pieces that I have just thought about and considered a maybe, someday piece as I prefer white metals. Am ultimately looking for guidance regarding it, especially (potentially) buying it secondhand.

By chance does anyone have more information on them?

Some questions I have are:
* They were a standalone/Tiffany-only line, correct (Meaning, not a designer collab)?
* The ring’ stones were amethyst, citrine, prasiolite, and smokey quartz?
* Were/are these a widely copied ring? Or did they sell well thus the availability in the marketplace? (Am also assuming many are posted in several marketplaces so probably not as abundantly available as they might seem right now to me).
* When sold in the stores, it came in the standard Tiffany pouch/box not a ring box, correct?
* Any common hallmark mistakes I should be aware of on fakes?
- For example, is the Tiffany & Co. stamp both on the side of the setting and inside the band (along with AG925 beside it)? And the country it was made in stamped inside too, I assume)
* Are the prongs talon shaped? I’ve seen softer, more rounded ones but am guessing it might have just been worn down on the rings I’ve seen those prongs on. Or fakes.

I then recall a similar line (maybe the same line but later year?) that included a lady bug on a ring and of course the pendant, etc. I just haven’t found much information on them that I could readily use to answer my questions/help me decide. I have no problem admitting what I do not know and am a bit afraid I have built this up in my head over the years. Especially as I saw the ring in store during a rather crazy time in my life.

Thank you for reading and any information you might be able to share.
