Dentist/Ortho

Hi everyone, I am needing to find a dentist or orthodontist to evaluate and treat my severe TMJ disease. I’ve never discussed it with a dentist before and we just moved here. After seeing a chiropractor they recommended I see a dentist to evaluate further as it’s causing a whole lot of other issues. Recommendations on physicians I can see in the area who address these problems. Thank you!

Hi everyone, I am desperate for help. This is going to be a long one to try and explain everything leading up to now. To start I previously vaped for a year pretty chronically, two months ago I quit cold turkey for about a week and unfortunately moved onto cigarettes because I have bad anxiety and ADHD and it was the only thing to give me relief. I noticed some heartburn when vaping and once I quit it stopped even with the cigs. Then last week I started having severe upper back (shoulder blade), neck and jaw tension for a few days. I decided to go to the chiropractor and get adjusted. I immediately felt relief but that night after I ate dinner I started with severe stomach burning, then it traveled up my chest and everything was on fire, I couldn’t catch my breath and my heart rate was very elevated. Took an ambulance to the ER, had a full heart work up (bloodwork, CT of my neck and chest and a chest xray). Everything came back completely clear and normal. Then for two days straight I still had severe nausea and stomach burning I took MOM thinking I was constipated and quit smoking everything cold turkey. I ended up back in the ER because I couldn’t eat I was having horrible body aches and hot/cold sweats. They then did another CT of my abdomen and pelvis as well as more bloodwork and once again everything was perfect. I’m on day two of diclocymine, Pepcid and zofran. I’m still having slight burning right above my bellybutton and horrible nausea, barely eating still. I unfortunately have no insurance, I’m a stay at home mom living paycheck to paycheck in FL. The ER wants me to follow up with GI or a PCP but I can’t afford it. Now my throat hurts and my left ear hurts this morning. Any thoughts or insights?
