Haven’t added any rooms or furniture yet but I finished the exterior

The rooms will behind the walls in another section of the basement so they don’t interrupt with the whole look I’m going for

As far as value I’m seeing offers and I’ve spent about 5k on it. (Anyone telling me what this house is worth is also appreciated).
