Guys, I put here a problem that I have had to see what you think.

I bought a TR-1000 at Thomann a month ago knowing that it indicated more than 3 months of term. It turns out that on Monday they said that it was already sent (it seemed strange to me). I received it yesterday, and although they have been very concerned about hiding it, the original seal was torn and there was another seal (of a different size as well) on top. Yesterday I was very depressed and requested a refund, since I pay so much money for a device that is less new. In addition, there is the psychological factor that I will already think that it has some defect.
