I got ratted from an underected minecraft mod a week ago, I lost limiteds that were worth over 1.6M robux and 1.4M value. I have since then recovered my account but I just got an email from Roblox today saying that they can’t fullfill my request of getting my items back

They said: ”We are not able to provide restoration to your account.” And that it is crucial that I know that I’m responsible for the I actions take toward my account

What do I do? I would love to get items back worth well over $5K but I’m at a loss for what to do. I’ve never had great experience with Roblox support
