Hi so I wanna mod marvel rivals but a lot of people are saying that I can get banned for it but others say it's completely safe. Is it actually safe or am I gonna get banned for it?

Does anyone knows a website where i can download cars fast as lightning and it works? They all work untill the end of the tutorial then the "some additional content for your game is being downloaded" and nothing happens. Is there any website where I can download the game and it will work?
