First I am going to drop my specs just so if the normal requirements for this game are just insanely high yall don't have to read anything else:
5070ti 16GB,
Amd Ryzen 9800X3D
32Gb of 6000Hertz DDR5 Ram,
Basically the game runs abt the same on Low and medium settings but sometimes I get absolutely HAMMERING frame drops that get resolved by walking away from the area or (what I usually do) saving and then loading that save to presumably unload some exess stuff.
I noticed that it happened often when anomalies just went off so I turned them off completely (I can't lie they were overall kinda annoying and made the church missions ABSOLUTE HELL so I was just waiting for the radius to reset) but even with not a anomaly in sight or on the map at all (due to being turned off) it still happened.
Literally EVERY setting is as low as it goes with the exception of render scale since I kinda refuse to budge on being to see stuff clearly in a shooting game
I have been playing on Direx12, gonna try Direx 11 next time.
Is this like a known issue that is easily fixed? Or is the game just like this? A solution would be absolutely amazing
I absolutely love the gameplay but these random frame drops absolutely ruin my experience and is the main reason I have told my friends to not get the game and expect to coop because reloading a save every 5 to 15 minutes would be unbearable in coop
I am security level 3 btw and just did the mission top priority mission where you put sensors in a house so please avoid mentioning stuff beyond that point that could allude to story details
