Hello,

I’m currently a VSO for an organization that’s part of the VA(can’t say where or it’ll give me away). I’m looking to transfer to the federal side within the next year as a VSR. I file claims for veterans, help them with various other benefits, and have some college too (working on a degree). Is it likely for them to hire me as a VSR considering i work in a related field? I see an opening for a VSR spot in my area but they’re only accepting other VA workers. Could i get some guidance?
