Decoded! Chocolate peanut butter protein icecream
I spent many days experimenting with a high protein low calorie base for my protein icecream. Sometimes it was very watery, sometimes icy, sometimes chalky. Today, while experimenting with, I made the best batch of sugarfree high protein icecream base. Sharing the recipe, try it out!
- 145g 1.5% fat cottage cheese
- 90ml nonfat milk
- 15g Jello pudding mix - cheesecake flavor (NOT sugarfree, I didn’t have any)
- 30g Kirkland brand chocolate whey protein
- 15g pbfit
Blend all these really well. It should expand in overall volume. Freeze for atleast 10 hours.
Spin on lite icecream setting. Scoop all from walls and respin once.
