I am currently losing about one kg a week, I started at 95.7KG 2 months ago and I am now at 87.4KG.
I eat around 1600-1800 kcal a day, supplement all vitamins and minerals and do a full body workout every other day. I try to eat as much protein as I can but realistically I cap at 140g a day.
My goal is around 78-80kg and I am 188cm tall
I heard mixed opinions on this due to possible muscle loss, I definitely don't feel as strong as I am when eating maintenance but I don't think my strength has gone down and if it did only a tiny amount. My current plan is to cut down to around 12% body fat so I can properly lean bulk my muscle back.
Maybe anyone has experience with a similar situation?
