Forgive me if this is a dumb question but please understand that I'm not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to pc stuff. Anyway back to the question, if a game uses steam cloud saves to store your progress does it not create a folder with your progress on your pc and instead just downloads it from the cloud each time you boot up the game?? Thanks in advance.
