Just looking for some advice before I decide whether to submit a Mandatory Reconsideration.

I’ve recently had my PIP decision and was awarded standard (basic) daily living, no mobility.

There are a number of things in the assessment report that aren't true for  example:

It says I manage finances independently and have no debts, but I wasn’t asked about this and I actually have significant debts managed by a debt management provider due to anxiety and being unable to cope with the repayments.

It says I do the school run independently, but I rely on my dad to drive me as I struggle with travel due to anxiety, fatigue, and pain.

It says I’ve maintained sobriety without support, but I still attend peer support and SMART Recovery.

It says I don’t need mental health support, but I’m on a waiting list for trauma-based CBT  from the NHS and currently attending weekly threapy with a charity.

It also says that because I work, I can walk over 50 metres. In reality, I actively avoid tasks that involve walking and use my desk chair to move from one side of the office to the other instead.

I feel like the report makes me sound much more independent than I actually am.

At the same time, I’m worried about rocking the boat. I’ve heard mixed things about Mandatory Reconsiderations and I’m concerned about the possibility of them looking at everything again and reducing or stopping my award.

In this situation, would you recommend challenging it, or leaving it as it is?

Any advice or experiences would really help.
