I’ve been in my current role for about 4 months and I think I really want to get into AI at LM as I heard it’s pretty remote friendly and it’s also in my interests.

How would I go about asking my manager if there are any AI opportunities at the Moorestown, NJ location given it’s been less than a year that I’ve been in my current role? I don’t want to make it sound like I despise my current team.

One coworker of mine was able to switch teams and he stayed in his previous role for only six months.

I’m about four months into my role and have been thinking more seriously about shaping my career toward AI at LM. I’ve completed a few courses on generative AI and AI agents, along with a college course in deep learning.

I wanted to ask my manager on how to explore potential opportunities in this space at LM, but how should I go about it?

Are there early career opportunities for people interested in AI? Particularly at the Mount Laurel and/or Moorestown, NJ location?

Am I able to transfer to an AI/ML role at LM without having a master’s degree? Particularly at the Moorestown, NJ location?
