I’m trying to install the newest April update for the Note A1 (8.0.1WBU).

The update downloads and the system starts installing it and gets to 3%. Then reboots. After the reboot it still says “Installing…(3%)” on the update page but doesn’t seem to be doing anything.

I can still use the device but the System Update page remains stuck at “Installing…(3%)”

I’ve tried factory resetting. It resets just fine but when I try to update the firmware via system update, it again downloads and then becomes stuck at 3%.

Any thoughts on what I can do?
