Figured I'd share in case it helps anyone. One month ago to the day, noticed a new girl from my LFS had some clado going on, had never dealt with it before.

After checking the rest of the tank and brushing up on treatment protocols, I wasn't able to locate any other individuals with an infection I could see. I moved the patient over to a large jar I had sitting around with about 1.5 gals of tank water from her 20 gal home, plus some excess frogbit. I kept her fed with extremely small amounts of Shrimp Baby and Bacter AE from glasgarten.

About once a week, I dipped her in a solution that was about 2.5 cups of water with a tablespoon of aquarium salt for 40 seconds and added approx 1ml of hydrogen peroxide to her jar and gently mixed the water. Slowly but surely the infection faded. Today I wasn't able to see any sign of it and did a drip acclimation back to her home tank out of caution. She seems to be doing well!

I also micro-dosed her 20 gal home tank with 2mls of hydrogen peroxide every other day for a week and a half for so as an additional precaution.
