I'm trying to apply for a job online which requires chatting with the Olivia AI, but it's not responding to any of my messages. It asks me for my name, so I enter my name, and then... nothing. I've tried different browsers and devices, but I get the same result every time. Is there an Olivia outage or something? Should I just call the location I'm applying to?
