Hello all!
I was diagnosed a couple months ago, was diagnosed after going to a doctor for constant pain, they pretty quickly diagnosed me with Fibro, so I went to a rheumatoid to get lots of tests done and they couldn't figure anything out, was honestly hoping it was something else, my tests came back negative, I also had about half of the tender points when they tested me, not sure what that means.

To give some history, I had always had moderate widespread pain, and cognitive issues, but they became a lot worse after I got off Effexor, I experienced withdrawals that came with intense pain and soreness, as well as increased memory and cognitive issues, which I assumed would calm down after the withdrawals calmed down, they did not, so I went to a doctor, and they said I had Fibro Myalgia

p.s does floating in a pool help?

Would love some advice or tips for living with fibro, and if will answer any questions if asked.
