Hey yall,
Recently I decided to build Stackd. Personal trainers are 200$ and I am starting college…again…so I been using GPT to make me workout and nutrition programs for past 4-5 months. It honestly works really well. However I’ve found it really hard to keep track of all my chats. And honestly as much believe I am capable of picking my own workouts I am not competent.
I also tried using AI workout generating apps but found it really difficult to adjust my program when multiple variables were at play. Like I run races from time to time and at those times those apps aren’t able to give me advice like GPT can and adjust the program to fit my personal lifestyle.
Stackd is kind of just an extension of you agent I guess in that case. Once you know your stuff in GPT it’s a spot for you to freely track it and stay on top of it.
Wondering what yall think about this idea and I am the only one with an issue like this? Also what do you guys think on AI flows?
I am thinking this kinda concept can be applied to pretty much any task. Let’s say I want plan built for 26 week internship prep…Claud or someone can splurge out JSON and an app or a website could format it. This goes for any flow because technically it’s either a stream of operations one after another or it’s a repetitive loop of a set of tasks or…etc. We could in theory define all flows with code. Hmm :/
