Hi,
I am a beginner and wants to get into the world of ham radios, I am planning to purchase a rtl sdr to kick things off. I am thinking about purchasing rtl sdr blog v4 but it is quite expensive on amazon India and the other places which I could find are fabtolab ( which has it for 6000 just the sdr dongle) and robu.in (which has for 5700 including antennae kit). So before making any purchase I wanted to get some advice from anyone more experienced, so can you please answer any or all of the following questions-

1. Is rtl sdr v4 the best choice for beginners, should I go for something else
2. Is robu.in trust able, should I place an order from there?
3. Any other place you might know where I can get it for a cheaper price.
